M D R u002Fu002Fu002F is the perfect weekend escape! Brunch on boats, hidden speakeasies, coastal hikes, and Mai Tais in iced tea glasses—this is how you weekend in Marina Del Rey. 🌊🍳🌿 Join us for a getaway packed with flavor, views, and unexpected gems along LA’s coast. 🥣 Kicked things off at @tonypsdocksidegrill with creamy clam chowder in a bread bowl and massive Mai Tais. Not a bad way to start a weekend. 🍹🐚 🍸 Rolled into happy hour at @thewarehouserestaurant where the cocktails are strong and the decor looks straight off a Hollywood set. Burt Hixon, a MGM set designer was the designer in 1969 🎥🍸 🏨 Checked into @marinadelreyhotel—marina-front rooms, poolside cabanas, and straight-to-relax mode. The pool and cabanas were perfect 🛏️⛵️ 🍔 Dinner was live music and burgers on the patio at @saltmdr at the hotel while the sun set over the harbor. 🌅🎶 🦐 Ended the night at @killershrimp—but the real move was slipping into @killeryachtclub, the hidden speakeasy inside. You enter through a wine wall. 🔐🍷 🌿 Woke up with a hike through Ballona Wetlands, LA’s last remaining coastal marsh. Quiet, wild, and beautiful. 🛍️ Hit @marinadelreyfarmersmarket for fresh fruit, local finds, and that perfect Saturday morning energy. 🍓🌼 🚗 Took a driverless ride with @Waymo (no one in the front seat, still freaking out) to breakfast. 🥣 Landed at @thehivemdr for a Greek yogurt bowl and breakfast burrito to go. Cute spot, close to the water, and the coffee hits. 🌯☕️ 🚢 Wrapped the weekend with a @City Cruises brunch cruise out of @shorelinevillage—live music, harbor breeze, and bottomless plates. 🎷🥂⚓️ 📍 Marina Del Rey has it all—boating, brunching, hidden bars, coastal trails, and every kind of delicious in between. 🎥 by @Local_e
