Karol Bobko, the pilot of the first mission of NASA’s notorious Challenger shuttle, has died at 85. Bobko became the first person to travel to space on three different shuttles, eventually being inducted into the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame in 2011. Sunday TODAY’s Willie Geist remembers a life well lived.
