Jason Jones of Smithfield Twp. was arrested today and charged with 200 counts of child porn. Detectives were tipped off back in June when they noticed a computer on an online peer-to-peer sharing network that was downloading files of these photographs. The computer was traced back to Route 447 outside East Stroudsburg Borough, where the 34-year-old lives.
